About Us
I launched this company in 2019 right before everything shut down. Bad timing, maybe. But the first few customers I picked up stayed loyal because I showed up, did the work right, and talked straight about what needed doing and what didn't. When March hit and everything went sideways, those few people kept calling. They knew I wouldn't vanish.
Being a Frenchtown local meant something in those early days. People knew where to find me. They knew I wasn't a big outfit rolling in from somewhere else. I was the guy from down the street who actually cared if the job was done right. My brothers came on to help, and that made sense—we had something to prove together. Not to the world. To the people we knew.
Staying honest when business is uncertain is harder than it sounds. You get the urge to oversell, to promise more, to cut corners. I didn't. The customers from those early days remember that. Some of them still work with us.
'We survived because we kept our word when everything else was uncertain.'
— The Founder
Family business isn't romantic. My brothers and I don't always agree. We've had to learn to communicate clearly because we can't just leave the office and forget about it—we live in the same town, shop at the same places. That taught us to work through things instead of around them. Clients feel that. They see consistency because we're all on the same page, and we got there by being honest with each other first.
Being local means reputation is everything. We can't hide behind a big company name or transfer your problem to someone else's region. Our names are on the work. That's not pressure—it's clarity. It means when you call, you get someone who knows your neighborhood, who understands what matters here, who will be here next year if you need something else. Loyalty runs both ways.
Honest communication means saying no sometimes. It means telling you if we're too busy to give your project the time it deserves. It means explaining what matters and what's just nice-to-have. Most contractors try to sell everything. We try to solve what actually needs solving. You end up spending less money and getting a better result because we're not creating work that isn't there.
When you reach out, you're talking to someone who can actually make decisions and knows the work. There's no runaround. We show up when we say we will, we communicate about what we're finding, and we finish what we start. My brothers are hands-on. I'm hands-on. We don't send a crew and disappear.
People work with us because we're straightforward and because we're still here. If you've got a project in Frenchtown or need someone who actually cares about getting it right, we're worth a call. We'll be honest about what you need and what we can do.
